R.I.P. Winton
Winton got to go to heaven today. As much as we tried to fight it, it was past time for him to go. I got him in March of 2000 from Cape Cod sight unseen and he has been the sweetest dog to all of us and especially the kids, which is something you do not take lightly with small children. I am glad the kids got a chance to play with Winton when he was feeling OK. So enjoy our little tribute to him in the pictures below and his brother Champ in all the good times we had. It's a very sad time as we close this chapter in our lives as Winton and Champ were our babies before our children. Now they can go off and run and play together with Ray! We miss you all!

Such a sweet tribute. Especially love the picture of Mason and Buie walking Winton with the leash.....good thing he was such a gentle giant....he could have set off running and Mason would have been dragged right along. Picture sort of makes me think, "Who was walking who?"
