This is what Buie thinks of going back to school! He is not a fan right now. He will get use to it by the last day of school I am sure.

Well........I know it's been a while (maybe a month), but boy have things been busy!
I wish I could have keep up over the holidays, but somehow time ran out. I was working up until Christmas Eve and we had so much family revolving in and out of town, that we were not even home, except to sleep.

Mason and Buie loved the month of December. The Christmas tree and all its decorations and lights, the presents, and most importantly(at least this year) all the lights people put up in their yard. That was our favorite thing to do, drive around and see Christmas lights. To hear the pure excitement and joy and each yard we saw was the cutest thing ever.

The actual day of Christmas, was chaos. We started at our house with my mom and then to my dad's with my step brothers and next was Chris's mom. We stayed there for a bit. Chris's brother and sister and cousins were over there for a big lunch and Buie got to take a nap finally. From there, we went to my Grandmother's, where all my cousins and kids were and ate yet again. I think we made it home around 10pm and let the kids unwind and then they crashed.

Not for long though.......my brother from D.C. comes in town every year 2 days after Christmas and stay through New Year's. They have 2 boys 8 and 5 and Mason absolutely loves them. He hangs on them every second of the day( poor Hunter and Hudson).

In the midst of all the holiday excitement, Chris and I had to look for a new car for me. What a pain, but we finally bought one on New Year's Eve. We got a big suburban to accommodate our huge family. OH YEAH, WE ARE PREGNANT AGAIN! That was our big announcement on Christmas day to our families. #3 is due in mid August. Yea, we are very excited.
