HAPPY BIRTHDAY WADE!
We went to Wade's 2nd birthday party and Kriya out did herself. There was not a detail left out...it was such a cute party. The choo choo train ran for 2 hours on their street, they had tons of toys and 2 train tables set up inside and then a jumpy thing in the back yard. No wonder the boys always want to go over to Wade's house.

I had the privilege of riding with the birthday boy.
Move over Wade....Avery may have a new boyfriend. I have never seen Buie so taken by someone... he reached over and held her hand and had a big grin on his face. He has been telling me "I like girls" and Mason is like "no....we play with boys" and Buie sticks to his guns and says he likes girls! Here comes trouble....

The tickle monster (aka, Grandpa) came over to eat dinner and read stories. Mason and Buie love, LOVE the book "The Tickle Monster",mostly for the fact that whoever reads it wears the monster gloves and gets to tickle everyone. Such a cute book!

Touch a Truck!
We took the boys to touch and ride on all kids of trucks. I couldn't begin to name them all, but they had: garbage truck, mail truck, cement mixer, pink front end loader, fire truck, Hummer, army jeeps, roller, backhoe, school bus, mack truck, and probably some more that I can't remember. The boys had fun, but whenever a kid blew the horn on the semi-trucks, Buie cried. Once we found ear plugs for him, we were good to go......until he had a wreck on the little tricycle. Oh well, he was the one I thought would have been in heaven, but he had a rough day. I highly recommend this if you get a chance to go, but go early in the morning, because the more people came, the longer the lines got. I think they have one next weekend in Alpharetta. After the trucks we went to Monkey Joe's to let them get some exercise, so they should sleep well tonight!

This was Buie's favorite, the cement mixer

Even Parker and Crawford come with us

Buie was a little scared of the loud horns, but Mason was so excited to be in "Sarge"
Wade even got to see a real train go by, perfect timing!

The mail truck was Mason favorite truck
"cheese".......

Buie caught an edge going a little too fast around the corner and wiped out..
...a little popcorn and pizza makes everyone happy though!

Buie

Mason and Buie started gymnastics last week at Southern Prep. Drop off was very quick and then I went up stairs to watch through a glass window, well Buie finally realized I was not there and had a little melt down. I thought for sure he would be fine with Mason, but they were not sitting next to each other during warmups. It didn't last long and once they started doing gymnastics, he was great. They were very cute together, Mason was telling Buie what to do in case he forgot the obstacle course. Anyway, the teacher said they were great at it and very strong.

BUIE POOPED!!!!!

I know it may not be a big deal to everyone reading this or that it may be TMI, but it is a huge deal at our house. We have been working on potty training Buie for about a month and a half. He was pretty good at the tt thing, but would NEVER go poop on the potty. We tried everything and Grandma even got him his very own froggy potty. I mean we promised treats, then toys, then started taking paci's away and were starting to get very upset with him every time he pooped in his pants. I starting feeling bad, so I tried to let up a little bit, but still remind him, just not getting upset with him. It seemed as though he would hold all day long while he was with me and then when he went over to Grandma, Granny or Maizie's house, he let it go, but in his pull ups. So they have had to deal with the worst of it, but last night he went all by himself. I was cleaning dishes, Chris was watching Celie, Mason was playing and we just didn't notice that Buie wasn't around. We thought he was just playing in the other room (maybe that is a sign of too many kids) and then Buie went and got Mason to show him and then Mason came running out and yelled "Buie pooped on the potty". Of course Mason was excited, because we promised him a toy too if he helped Buie go poop. We have also promised Buie the sun, the moom, and the stars, so I guess now we have to follow thru on our end. I don't care, I will get him whatever he wants as long as he keeps pooping on the potty! YEA!

We took the kids to go see my Granny and Granddaddy on Sunday. It was a beautiful day and I was ready for them to play outside for a while. They have a huge field down behind their house and is the perfect place for the boys to play. (as long as they don't fall in the creek) So, we finally put the new battery in the 4-wheeler and off Mason went down the hill to the field. I think my Granny was about to have a heart attack when he went down the hill. But, we are all okay! Buie did not want to drive , but loved going down the short hills fast!. Celie had a great time, now that she can sit up, playing with all things natural, leaves, grass, pine straw. Anyway, we all had a blast playing outside and will be back soon to play again. Thanks Granny and Granddaddy.

Mason was so excited that it finally worked. (all it took was getting a new battery)
