Miss Priss in her green to watch the boys play baseball bright and early.
Thank goodness for all my help. ZZ taking pictures and Grandma and Granny to help entertain/watch/feed Celie to try and get through the game in one piece.
Mason playing third base.
Buie taking a whack at the ball.
And getting on base, with daddy coaching first.
Look who got the game ball! He was very excited about that.

St. Patty's Day
Blue Jays Baseball

Well, spring has sprung and baseball has begun! The good thing this year is Buie and Mason are in the same league and on the same team. Which just makes everything a little easier.....one team/schedule to keep up with!
Taking a peak at some of the action before our game.
They had lots of supporters at their first game. Celie, Granny, Elwyn, Tommy...
Uncle Andrew, Aunt Ashley....
Frances, Olivia and Walker!

We (a.k.a I) are lucky this year, because one of the boys on the team has a mom that likes to take pictures and is really good at it too. So I am using some of hers and hopes she continues to take more.

Mason getting his eye marks done by Coach Kristy.

So, here it is people. Mason’s first at bat this year he hit it over the third baseman's head and it rolled all the way to the fence and if you know anything about this league, the kids who don’t know how to do anything yet get stuck in the outfield and when this ball came out there, luckily he didn’t get it and throw it in right away. So, Mason ran as fast as he could around ALL of the bases (so fast he caught up with the boy in front of him) and ended up (thankfully for poor fielding) getting a homerun. He is fast, but I am afraid this may be his first and last home run unless he puts some more meat/muscle on his bones. He had lots of fans to witness it too and we are so stink-in proud of him. It was his first multi-base hit ever!

Here he is rounding third.

Serious Buie, trying to figure out if he really wants to be out there!
