Spring Accolades
First up is Celie's Ballet recital. She has being taking ballet one day a week since the beginning of the school year. She did want to quit a few times, but she stuck it out and I am proud of her. It helped having her BFF Mary in her class. This is one activity sport that I never got to do as a child and I think I would have liked to have tried it (I know it would not have been my thing), so this year I live vicariously through Celie!!!
I'm sure there was good reason she was on the second row, but at least she was out there and tried.
To get all of her hair up in a tight bun was not easy! She HATES for her hair to all be pulled back, especially tight!
 She earned her roses!
She has watched many a baseball game, so now it was her turn for her brothers to come watch her!

 Congrats to my Tiny Dancer!
Chess Club
Mason has been asking to Chess club since kindergarten and I guess we should have listened a little sooner, but he didn't start until January and he won 1st place in his tournament for his grade. He was so excited and we are so proud! This is one area (many more to come I am sure) that he definitely knows more than mommy and daddy!!
Congrats Mason!
Go Orioles!
Buie was on an awesome team you this year with such a great coach. He had a few buddies (Mary's brother, William) on his team which always makes it more fun and they won almost all of their games. That definitely makes it more fun! They made it to the championship game and came in second!
Close, but you can't catch me!

 Black out really helped out!
He really improved a lot this year!
Had a lot of really hard hits to the fence.
 He ran super fast!
Made sure he touched all the bases!
And even hit home runs!(inside the park)
 What a fun team
 It's all about the trophy!
 Silly boys and dads!
This a special picture. (It might show how old we are) Buie and Adam Wideman got to play together and many moons ago, Chris and Tom Wideman played together and have remained friends all along. I hope Buie will stay friends with Adam for as long as the daddies have.

Happy 6th Birthday Buie!
Buie wanted the "reptile man", a.k.a. Mr. Greg's Reptile Roadshow. He is awesome! Very fun, different kind of birthday party. Buie was able to pick out which reptiles he wanted Mr. Greg to bring.
He looks pretty cool right? Well, he wasn't when this little guy climbed up his neck.
The cool thing is Mr. Greg lets the birthday kid hold most of the animals, while the other kids get to touch them.
Buie called this one the "Georgia" snake.
 Cute baby croc
No one could hold this one except Mr. Greg. He's a handful.
 Look how big he is!
 He is in hog heaven.
Very cool and yummy cake from Ali's cookies.
You little snitch, you! She can't deny that one.
