How cute are these 3 kiddos? Thanks to Grandma, they all have skeleton pj's. Mason and Buie were so excited when Celie got her own pair and when they all put them on. Wow, how simple life is in the eyes of a 2 and 3 year old! Thanks Grandma for providing ongoing entertainment. Mason and Buie are so into Halloween and all the decorations and costumes. Maizie took the to a Halloween store today (along with 10 other stores) and they kept talking about it when they got home. She ran them so ragged, that when she got to my house they were both asleep in the car. That does not happen very often st 3 o'clock with those two. They can usually out last me all day. I know they had a blast and while they were gone Celie slept ALL day. You would think that I got a lot of work done........somehow I don't have very much to show for it. Oh well, I did accomplish one thing.........I learned how to applique. Very exciting I know, but I love it and now I can do it!
For those of you that care, I am about to open up a blog for Froggies (my monogramming business) and I will post pictures of my work and what item I have in stock. I will keep you posted on when it will be up and running. I just don't see how I can't get EVERYTHING done........I guess it has something to do with having 3 kids. Mainly a 2 month old!

Charles "Walker" Aiken was born on Friday morning, October 2nd.
Frances and Olivia are so excited about their new little brother.
Play date at Grandpa and Maizie's house looked like it was hilarious!
Well it was a busy and exciting weekend again My bother and his wife has their third child this weekend. Frances and Olivia now have a little brother to love and terrorize. Chris and I went to go see him on Friday while Pam watched all 3 of our kids, which is not an easy task. He was 7lbs, 12oz and makes Celie look big, already! And you know that makes me sad. She is already out growing some of her clothes.
So on Saturday, Mason had another soccer game. We are making progress, he made it out onto the field in the first half this time and with no tears. Maybe next game he will touch the ball! It really is funny to watch them "play". You can tell which kids have older siblings. After the game, we came home to watch the dogs lose to LSU. What a bummer!
Sunday was pretty quiet around here. Mason and Buie went over to my dad's house for a play date with Frances and Olivia, while Chris went to go play golf and I worked! Sound s like fun, huh?

Goooooo Cookie Monsters!!!!
So, last weekend was Mason's 1st soccer game of his career. Well to be honest, I am not sure how long of a career he will have with soccer. At least he gave it a go......well for the second half that is. We had a toughtime conviencing him to go on the field in the first half, but follow the pictures and you will see that with a little help from his twin, girl cousins.....he finally made it out there and even threw a few elbows. Once he got hit with a few himself, he came off crying to Chris. Needless to say, we are very proud of Mason for trying and who knows what will come of this. Maybe he will actually like it, but I doubt it from the looks of things. I think we won, but of course it is hard to keep track of the score when there are no rules at this age and they sometimes score in the wrong goal. I will try and post some video if I can ever get a free minute!
You can do it Mason!!
Hey, now he is out on the field. That's step 1.
Step 2, chasing the ball and throwing some elbows. (notice they are all on the same team)

Look at what mischief these boys were into tonight at Grandma's house. And what a bad mother am I for stopping to take a picture of this instead of stopping Mason from getting into the washing machine. No worries, don't report me, I was right there the whole time monitoring them. Oh what fun they are, always keeping you on your toes. Mason would have never dreamed of doing some of these things, it's all Buie's ideas!

Mr. Incredible & Pablo
Spider Man & Scooby Doo
Pablo beating up Mr Incredible
This is what our house looks like on rainy days..............Mason and Buie dressing up and Buie picking on Mason. Well, let the sun shine in..........maybe I should knock on wood, but it is not raining right now! I forgot what the sun looked like and boy is it refreshing. I don't see how people do it up in Seattle, I would go nuts! I do have to tell you, 2 nights ago Celie broke out of "the blanket" and slept 5 hours, well last night I made Chris wrap her up tight and she went 8 hours and it was lovely.

Mason, Grandpa & Buie heading down to look at the the Chastain water park!
Splish, splashin'
Buie looks like he is stuck in some deep water....
Well, the rain has put a damper on a lot of things. This weekend, Mason's 1st soccer game got cancelled. Then Sunday, we lost power and couldn't play outside. SO we went to surprise Grandpa and Maizie at church. Mason wanted to go to church! Well, when we got home, power was back on, but we noticed some leaking around our fireplace. Didn't think it would get worse over night, but I woke up in the middle of the night to feed Celie and heard dripping. Well, this morning is was really bad and by mid-day today I called Chris to come home from work so he could try and "fix" it. Thank God Pam had the boys all day and night, because Chris worked all day on water problems. What a mess! But it looks like Mason and Buie had a great time playing in it at the gold course at Chastain. Everything is under water around here and I hear it will continue and could get worse. Lets cross our fingers!

Well, this thing is for real people. The last two nights Celie went 9 hours between feedings. I am giving all credit to the miracle blanket and of course my friend that gave it to me, Mary Anne Massie. I owe her big time! You must get one of these if you have a newborn or are about to have a baby. You would have thought I would have know about this thing, now that I am on my third child, but none of my "friends" told me about it and I certainly don't have the time to go out about shopping. Anywho, I hope this trend continues.
As you can tell in the picture, Mason and Buie are excited about Halloween and their new pj's Grandma got them. They LOVE that they glow in the dark!

So......there is this blanket called the miracle blanket that a friend of mine told me about and let me borrow, that supposedly will get your baby to sleep through the night. I never believe any of that, but was willing to give it a try. Last night was our first night with it and Celie went 7 hours! I probably should not speak of it or should find some wood to knock on, but thought it was worth sharing in case anyone else needs help getting a newborn to sleep longer. I hope this was not a one time thing.....will keep you posted.

Well, we decided to take the boys to play some soccer since Mason has his first game next week. we didn't want him to have no clue as to what was going on. As you can see from the last picture, Mason does not have much interest in playing. Buie on the other hand...... is crazy with the ball. We may put him out there instead of Mason, I'll keep you posted. Buie was having a blast and Mason we had to bribe and threaten multiple things to try and get him to play. Oh well, I don't think Mason will be our athlete. Now, for the other pictures below...in case you don't know Buie......this is what will happen if he is unsupervised!! Not only is our catwalk semi-dangerous, but he then climbed up to the top of a ladder that we just pulled down from the attic. He was just quietly sitting up there. Which is another sign.......if you don't hear Buie talking, then you know he is up to no good. Chris found him up there and told me that I needed to come see our child before he dies. Might I add that he was on Chris's watch!!
Notice the tongue action
ka-pow!
GOOOAAALLL!
