So..........we have just moved back home from being at my mom's house all last week.(I did not have my computer so I couldn't post anything) She took the week off work to help me recover and get up with Celie in the night. We were spoiled from top to bottom and I had mixed emotions about "going" home. I knew I was going to miss my mom, but at the same time, I knew my family needed to get home and adjust as a family to work things out. The boys have not been home in about 2 weeks and I was ready to get them back and in their own beds. The pictures below will show you what all we have been doing to stay busy. Racing trucks, riding tractors, eating popcorn, watching movies, playing in the pool, playing with toys and watching their sister. I'm not sure they really understand what is going on and the Celie is here to stay. They are still excited about her, so I guess we will keep riding high. You should see the looks I get when I am breast feeding her or God forbid pumping. The boys are really interested and starting to ask questions that I am not comfortable answering. I am not sure what to tell a 3 and a 2 year old when it comes to that. Oh well, all modesty is thrown out the window at this point.

We had a great day today.......we got sleep last night!!! What a difference sleep makes. Celie is doing well, eating well, sleeping well. We can't complain, she is an angel. (I hope I didn't just ruin that) Not that you care, but my milk has come in and totally forgot how that felt. WOW, is all I am going to say!
We were sad to see Rachelle go home, but we had lots of fun with her here. What a special treat that was. She was the baby whisperer. She just had a magic touch with Celie.
After they went to Church and Waffle House with Grandpa and Maizie, Mason and Buie came to see their baby sister. They were really cute with her today. Buie is definitely more interested than Mason is, but as with everything else....once Mason sees Buie do something, he then wants to do it. So, once Buie touched her, he thought well it must be okay now to touch her. I am crossing my fingers in hopes that they will be sweet to their sister.
Supposedly Mason walks down the halls of the hospital and tells everyone that "we got a girl and her name is Celie".

The day started early for us (5am). We arrived at Piedmont, went into the prep-room and what a great suprise...Mandy's sis-in-law "Rachelle" showed up from D.C. for our special day. Everything went well and at 7:59am to our amazement...it was a GIRL!! 8lbs 21" Celie Aiken Crawford was born.
Her big brother "Buie" and her biggest brother "Mason" were also thrilled to have a little sister to look after. --Mason had predicted a girl, but he said he wanted her name to be "word-girl". He seemed to be happy with Celie, but I'm sure he will come up with many names of his own over the next several years.

I can't add much, because the boys have not been at home. My mom picked them up Friday afternoon and we picked them from her house late this afternoon. I will say it was very nice and relaxing not to have any responsibilities, but I missed my boys a lot. Chris and I were able to go to dinner with some friends and some time to ourselves to do what we wanted. I went shopping and he played golf, how perfect! It sounds like the boys had a blast at Granny's house and I am sure they loved all the attention.

I must say I am getting very nervous and very excited all at the same time. We have kept the c-section for Friday at 8:00 am.
